All they do is tell me the same thing and they won't pay me or send me my check. I've called several times going on a span of almost 2 years now. I can't remember the exact date but it's going on a couple years now and I get the same runaround when I call the numbers they gave me to check on my refund. but they also sold it for $2,377.50 over, and they sent me a letter with a claim number saying they owed me the money and I cannot get them to pay me. ***** sold my truck for what I owed them on the title loan.
